Clean AF Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile automotive detailing services throughout O'ahu, Hawaii. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Interior detailing and cleaning
• Exterior washing and detailing
• Ceramic coating application
• Paint correction and protection
• Additional specialty services as listed on our website

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle at our sole discretion.

2. Booking and Payment

Appointments: All services require advance booking through our online booking system at cleanafhi.com or by phone at (808) 679-9376. Appointments are subject to availability.

Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Pricing: Prices are based on vehicle size and condition. Final pricing may vary from estimates if vehicle condition requires additional work beyond the scope originally quoted.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle's condition
• Remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle
• Ensure access to water and electricity if services are performed at your location
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitive areas
• Be present or provide access at the scheduled appointment time

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Damage: We take the utmost care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service
• Damage to aftermarket modifications or non-OEM parts
• Paint or clear coat in poor condition that may be compromised during service
• Personal items left in the vehicle
• Issues arising from manufacturing defects or prior improper repairs

The information, products, and services offered on or through the Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Inspection: Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately upon completion of service and report any concerns before leaving the premises or before our team departs.

Maximum Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Subjective preferences about appearance
• Issues caused by customer use after service
• Environmental factors (rain, dust, pollen) occurring after service

7. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Clean AF Mobile Detailing through our website at cleanafhi.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call (808) 679-9376 during business hours.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
